If you visit this site
- This website uses no cookies, advertising trackers or fingerprinting.
- Visit statistics are collected without cookies and without identifying you (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
- The hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc. — Cloudflare Pages) processes technical data — IP address and request logs — to deliver and protect the site.
- The intake form does not send anything to a server: it opens a pre-filled e-mail in your own mail app. What you send arrives as an ordinary e-mail.
The booking buttons open a separate Google Calendar page. To arrange a call, it collects your first name, last name, e-mail address, chosen time and, if you provide it, a brief topic. Google Calendar sends the invitation and reminders and creates a Google Meet link. Google's privacy policy applies on that page.
If Sanscript contacted you first (GDPR Art. 14)
Sanscript writes to a small number of founders and managers of companies whose legal needs match its practice. For that it uses:
- Data: your name, job title, company, work e-mail or LinkedIn profile, and public information about your company — its website, published terms and policies, job ads, registry data.
- Sources: LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, your company's website and public registries.
- Purpose and legal basis: to offer you Sanscript's services, based on the bureau's legitimate interest in reaching businesses for whom they are relevant (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). No profiles of your private life are built and no special categories of data are used.
- Retention: if you do not reply, your data is deleted 12 months after the last message. If you ask to stop, only your name and contact are kept on a suppression list so that you are never contacted again.
- Your right to object: you can object at any time, with no reason needed — reply “stop” or write to inbox@sanscri.pt. Outreach stops immediately (GDPR Art. 21(2)–(3)).
If we work together
Sanscript processes the data needed for the engagement — contacts, correspondence, documents you share — to perform the contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and to meet accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)). Client documents are kept for the duration of the engagement and then until claims arising from it can no longer be brought; invoices and accounting records are kept for 10 years, as Portuguese tax law requires.
Who else processes data
Google (Google Workspace — e-mail correspondence, Google Calendar appointment booking and Google Meet calls) · Cloudflare (hosting and cookieless visit statistics). Both are based in the United States; transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which both are certified, and where applicable on the EU standard contractual clauses.
